About Your Therapist
The Real Me meets the Real You.
Therapy that's honest, warm, and built around you.

Training & Background
The Foundation Behind the Work
I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and am a licensed therapist with specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful evidence-based approach for processing trauma and distressing memories.
My training draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic approaches, and attachment theory — tools I weave together based on what each individual needs, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

My Approach
What to Expect in Our Work Together
Honest & Direct
I believe in saying the real thing, gently. You won't get vague reflections — you'll get a genuine perspective and a partner who's invested in your progress.
Strength-Focused
We'll look at what's hard, but we'll also build on what's already working. You have more resilience than you know — part of our work is helping you see it.
Evidence-Based
Everything we do is grounded in research. EMDR, CBT, somatic work — these aren't buzzwords, they're tools with real evidence behind them.
Deeply Human
Therapy is a relationship. I show up as a real person — curious, warm, and genuinely rooting for you. The connection we build is part of what makes the work work.
The 3rd Way
Why This Name?
Most of us know two responses to pain: push through it, or run from it. Fight or flight. White-knuckle or avoid. The 3rd Way is something different.
It's the practice of turning toward your experience with curiosity and compassion — not to wallow in it, but to understand it, move through it, and find the wisdom already inside you.
That's the work we do together. Not fixing you, because you're not broken. Building a life that feels genuinely, sustainably yours.
