Real Support for Real Life
Every person who walks through the door is looking for The 3rd Way out of the tensions of this life. Let me help you find your way.
Service 01
Anxiety & Stress
Quiet the noise. Reclaim your life.
Anxiety is exhausting. The constant what-ifs, the tight chest before a meeting, the way your mind won't let you rest — it wears you down. And the frustrating part? Trying harder to control it usually makes it worse.
In our work together, we'll start by understanding your anxiety — not just managing it. What's driving it, what keeps it going, and what your nervous system is actually trying to do for you. Anxiety isn't the enemy; it's a signal worth listening to.
From there, we build practical tools: ways to interrupt the spiral, regulate your nervous system, and respond to stress instead of just reacting to it. Over time, anxiety stops running the show.
Approaches Used
CBT · Somatic Approaches · Mindfulness-Based Techniques · Nervous System Regulation
What We Address
- Generalized anxiety and chronic worry

Service 02
Trauma & EMDR
Process what's stuck. Move forward.
Trauma doesn't always look like a single dramatic event. It can be the slow accumulation of experiences that left you feeling unsafe, unseen, or not enough. It lives in the body, shapes how you see the world, and shows up in ways that can feel confusing or out of proportion.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is one of the most well-researched trauma treatments available. It works by helping your brain process distressing memories that got "stuck" — so they lose their charge and stop driving your present-day reactions.
We'll move at your pace. Trauma work doesn't have to mean re-living everything in detail. It means building enough safety and stability to process what needs processing — and reclaiming the parts of yourself that got buried along the way.
Approaches Used
EMDR · Somatic Experiencing · Trauma-Informed CBT · Parts Work
What We Address
- Single-incident trauma (accidents, assault, loss)
- Complex and developmental trauma

Service 03
Life Transitions & Grief
Navigate change. Honor what was.
Change — even the kind you chose — can shake you to your core. A new job, a breakup, a move, a loss, becoming a parent, leaving a relationship, questioning who you are. Transitions ask us to let go of one version of ourselves before we know who the next one will be.
Grief isn't only about death. It's about any loss — of a relationship, a role, a future you imagined, a version of yourself. And it doesn't follow a timeline or a checklist. It shows up when it wants to, and it deserves real space.
In this work, we slow down enough to actually feel what's happening — and then we figure out how to move forward with intention. Not bypassing the hard stuff, but not getting stuck in it either. The 3rd Way.

What to Expect
It depends on what you're working on and what you want from the process. Some people find meaningful relief in a few months; others do deeper work over a year or more. We'll check in regularly and adjust as we go.
I am currently out-of-network with most insurance providers. I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement. Please reach out to discuss fees and options.
The first session is mostly about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you in, your history, and what you're hoping for. You don't need to have it all figured out — just show up.
Yes. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. Many clients find telehealth just as effective and appreciate the flexibility it offers.
Not sure where to start?
That's okay. Reach out and we'll figure it out together.
